When it's time to have a little fun, experience the many on-site amenities including shared pools, a hot tub, a covered poolside gazebo, a fitness room, a grilling area, and tennis courts.



For shopping, dining, and live entertainment, you can't go wrong with a visit to the Wharf, just six miles away, or SanRoc Cay Marina, less than three miles up the coast. Arrange a fishing excursion through Zeke's Landing Marina, only two miles from your rental. And if you're looking to spend some time outdoors, explore the 6,500 acres of Gulf State Park, accessible via the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, less than two miles down the road.

Please note that group rentals are not allowed at Summer House on Romar Beach. No more than 5 units may be rented for groups of any kind. Any bookings found to be in violation of this policy will result in a fine of $500.

Great condo!

This property was nicely decorated and located conveniently on the second floor which made it easy to just take the stairs! It was also plenty big enough for our party of 7! Loved the separate ice machine, too! We enjoyed our stay and had a great family vacation!

Loved the location.

We loved the location of the condo in relation to the pool and beach. The corner balcony gives plenty of room to spread out. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable! I would stay there again if the mattresses are updated!

Great Location

Great location. The condo being on the second floor and close to the stairs was incredibly convenient. Condo was clean and had everything needed for the stay. Only thing missing was a broom or vacuum to tackle the sand on the floor. However, that wasn’t a huge issue. We would definitely rent this condo again

Family weekend

Starting off very disappointing! Ask for an early checkin and had no response. We did receive checkin info, so we went to condo an hour and half early. It wasn’t cleaned yet. So I called to let them know. We left and came back at 4. Still not cleaned! We had to take pics send to Vacasa (no local person with this unit) waited another 2 1/2 hours. It was after 7:30 before we could go to room. Luckily my husband and I went to check and we could hear the cleaner person inside. All that to say NO ONE ever contacted us to make sure we had a place to stay for the night! NO ONE contacted us to to inform us the room had been cleaned. NO ONE informed us a water line had burst that morning, and the condo building had no water. Thankfully we had water the following morning. Still 4 days later not a word from Vacasa. The unit was nice, the view was beautiful and the location was great. Main issue is you have no one local to help if you have a problem! From now own I will make sure there is a local manager for the property before I rent.
