This place is not what it seems. Everything in the house was stained, torn, and broken (carpets, bedding, shower curtains, ceiling fans, walls beat up, hooks and rails missing). Had to replace lights bulbs on my own. Toilets leaked so had to call for them to get a plumber in to fix it during our stay. Top to bottom place was just worn out, dirty looking, and had not been updated or taken care of in probably 15 plus years. The resort part was nice and easy to get to beach. The condo was absolutely awful. Too much money for everything to be worn down, not working, and to just feel like you are sleeping/sitting on dirty furniture. One final thing was for some reason every single appliance in the house was unplugged when we got there, found that weird. I would not recommend staying in Caribe C313. Honestly feel like with everything that happened we should receive some sort of refund.
