The beautiful holiday villa Tres Palmeras is located in Calas de Mallorca in the southeast of the island, combining modern comfort with a stunning garden – perfect for an unforgettable vacation.

With 300 m², the house accommodates up to 12 guests and is cleverly divided over two levels. The main living area is on the first floor, featuring an open living and dining room with direct access to the sunny terrace. Two comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a large dining table create a perfect space for relaxed evenings with family and friends.

On the same floor, you will find two of the six bedrooms, a bathroom, and the separate fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious Mallorcan dishes: gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, and an additional dining table.

The remaining four bedrooms and three bathrooms are located on the lower level of the villa. All rooms are bright, spacious, and modern, allowing plenty of natural light. The interior design is in calm, neutral tones, complemented by selected artwork and décor, creating an ambiance that is elegant yet cozy.

The villa offers a full range of amenities: oil heating, air conditioning in some rooms, washing machine, iron and ironing board, fireplace, TV, and Wi-Fi.

The outdoor area is a real highlight: several covered terraces with lounge furniture and large dining tables, additional lounge areas on the lawn, sun loungers, parasols, and a padded swing invite you to relax. The 48 m² curved private pool and a gas barbecue complete the perfect holiday experience.

Thanks to its central location, you can reach the beaches Cala Antena and Cala Domingos, as well as various restaurants, in just about one kilometer – ideal for a relaxing yet diverse stay in Mallorca.

Wir müssen jedem davon abraten, Katastrophe!

Als wir ankamen, haben wir festgestellt, dass das Haus nicht ansatzweise wie auf den Fotos aussieht. Erstmal kommt dir beim Öffnen der Haustüre ein Kellergeruch gemischt mit stickiger Luft entgegen, dann findest du rechts vom Eingang das erste "Schlafzimmer", eher eine Abstellkammer, mit fleckiger Matratze vor. Dieses Bett hätten wir gebraucht, weil wir für 8 Personen gebucht hatten, aber auf dieser Matratze will niemand schlafen! Das ganze EG riecht super unangenehm und alles wirkt total billig, ich kam mir vor wie in einer Jugendherberge. Im OG geht es genauso weiter, minimal besser ist dort der Zustand. Alles in allem ist aber diese Unterkunft einfach keine hochwertige Finca, sondern eine Party Herberge, die nicht gepflegt wird. Im OG waren Sofa und alle Stühle total fleckig, Rollläden waren teilweise kaputt und man konnte sie nicht runterfahren. Die Balkontüren gingen nicht richtig auf, da die Hebel zum Öffnen schon alle halb kaputt waren. Der Pool war nicht gereinigt, es war Dreck drin und auch das Wasser war abgesunken, am Rand hat man eine dicke Dreckschicht gesehen. Der Außenbereich ist mini, wirkt auf den Fotos ganz anders, aber vor allem ist er nicht schön. Alle Liegen haben Flecken, auch hier wirkt alles total lieblos und ungepflegt. Der Kunstrasen war dreckig. Wir haben noch am gleichen Tag ausgecheckt, nur leider war der Gastgeber gar nicht kooperativ und hat grade mal 10% erstattet. Und das erst, nachdem er uns tagelang ignoriert hat. Total unprofessionell!

Ein schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Makeln

Pro: - Freundliche Vermieter & Hausverwaltung, die sehr schnell auf Fragen und Probleme reagiert hat - Unkomplizierte und direkte Kommunikation - Schöner Pool - Modernes Haus mit ausreichend Platz + Rückzugsmöglichkeiten - Große Küche mit Grundausstattung - Großer Esstisch im Innen und Außen - Moderner Außengrill - Gemütliche Dachterasse - Großer Kühlschrank + Spülmaschine - Klimatisierte Schlafzimmer Contra: - Ratte in der Küche, Gift & Fallen haben nicht geholfen - Zu wenig Liegemöglichkeiten für 11 Personen - Schlechte Sicherung des Hauses, die Einbrecher anlockt. Wir hatten 2 Vorfälle mit fremden Personen auf dem Grundstück! Neutral: - Laute Hotelanlage mit Animation und Kindern in der Nähe - Beschränkte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Aldi/Lidl mit Mietwagen gut zu erreichen (20km) - Pfannen ohne Beschichtung, neue werden laut Hausverwaltung angeschafft - Stumpfe Messer - Dachterrasse tagsüber nicht nutzbar, da keinen Sonnenschutz Highlight: Pool und Außenbereich Größtes Minus: Einbrecher in der Gegend Alles in allem hatten wir dort aber eine schöne Zeit, würden aber unter den beschrieben Nachteilen der Finca nicht wieder kommen.

Fantastic Villa

The property is massive and couldn’t be faulted. We had everything we needed and more. We will definitely book again. The only thing that may need addressing is the swimming pool cleaning system may have needed more chemicals
