Sleeping up to 8 guests, it features a king bed, a full bed, twin bunks, a daybed, and a oversized twin fold-out chair. The fully equipped kitchen includes a charming cocktail and coffee bar, perfect for unwinding also . Just a short golf cart ride away, you'll enjoy the resort’s marina, championship golf course, tiki hut bar, swimming pool, pickleball courts, and more. Also neighboring the resort you will find the Chapman Hill Winery where you can enjoy a nice brain freeze from the delicious wine slushies. Pets are welcome at the Boat & Bogey's Condo. For our boating guests, you are welcome to utilize our reserved boat slip which can be accessed at the nearby Deerfield Marina.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Place used towels and wash clothes on bathroom floor.
Strip all used bed of sheets and pillow cases, leave at the foot of each bed.
Gather all trash, placing garbage in trash bags and place in receptacle across the condo parking lot. Replace with new liner.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A beautiful, updated condo with amazing views of both the lake and golf course. The condo was spacious, comfortable and so relaxing to stay in. Mornings on the deck always included several deer passing through. The included boat slip was a huge plus for us. A wonderful place to stay!

The condo has an amazing view. The deck has plenty of seating options to enjoy your morning coffee while you relax in a beautiful setting. There are also chairs outside the MB where you can do the same. Living area is large and comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked. The runway is close but very little noise from there. Host was communicative, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Pet friendly, very clean, washer n dryer available. Beds are comfortable Great overall experience.

Condo was an excellent choice for a lake weekend. Very well equipped. Nicely decorated. Beautiful view. Host was friendly and helpful.
