You will be able park your car in the garage and go to the many shops, restaurants and amusements that Rehoboth has to offer. Walking and bike trails are nearby and renting of umbrellas and beach chairs is available on the beach. The building is nicely landscaped with koi pond at front courtyard with seating, rooftop pool with sun deck and fantastic views of the ocean , community laundry room, elevator, outdoor sand and foot shower - bathroom and change room are located on East side of the building to use after you arrive from the beach.
