Three Bedroom Ocean Block Condo steps to the Sand and Surf ! Enjoy your vacation with newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen. This condo offers engineered wood flooring throughout with coastal decor and furniture. You will have open concept dining and living area with access to enclosed patio area off of living room to relax outside and store your beach gear. The kitchen offers a pass thru area to the dining room and is fully equipped for your cooking needs. A full bath with tub is in the hallway and the main bedroom offers a walk-in shower, built-in storage areas and patio area with seating. You will be able park your car in the garage and go to the many shops, restaurants and amusements that Rehoboth has to offer. Walking and bike trails are nearby and renting of umbrellas and beach chairs is available on the beach. The building is nicely landscaped with koi pond at front courtyard with seating, rooftop pool with sun deck and fantastic views of the ocean , community laundry room, elevator, outdoor sand and foot shower - bathroom and change room are located on East side of the building to use after you arrive from the beach.
