Location was a 10/10! We come to Yachats frequently and home to return to this gem. We loved feeling like we were on the edge of the world, watching the waves and wildlife was superb. The home is older but incredibly well kept and stocked (egg slicer and all ) Our family felt very comfortable.

Unbeatable location. Pacific Ocean in your front yard, and just a short drive to Cape Perpetua for incredible hiking and old growth forests. Also a very short drive into Yachats (walkable for some) to a strong selection of local restaurants. Very well equipped for making breakfast before hiking and happy hours in evening. Very clean, quiet and relaxing. Ahhh...

The location and the property look much nicer in the VRBO pictures than they do in real life. We arrived and didn’t feel comfortable staying there. We went and found another place in town for our two nights. I contacted the property host and they refused to work with us in any way. Do not recommend.

It’s all about that fabulous view! Kitchen had all the things needed for cooking a nice meal. There were a ton of games to choose from when the evening had made looking at the wave show a little hard. The sound of frogs and crashing waves made seeping easy. Taking up to that view was amazing.

Location, location, location! Wow, right on the ocean with amazing views from every room. This house was amazing. We saw so much wildlife without even stepping outside. There was an Otter looking for his breakfast on the rocks out front while we were there. The house is roomy and comfortable and would be great for families. Yachats is not known for its internet but this house has blazing fast WiFi. The smart TV worked great for us. The highlight for us was siting on the small porch and just watching the waves crash on the rocks with our pup. Loved this house!!!
