Private casita, fully fenced. Private patio with propane grill, comfortable bed with lots of storage, collapsible workspace/eating area, full kitchen, full size washer/dryer, super close to extensive biking trail and many hiking trails, close to downtown, shopping, restaurants and Catalina foothills. Free onsite parking and easy access to major throughways. Safe neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. Fan, a/c and heat to keep you comfy along with extra blankets!
