Nice unit just a few problems, the pool key fob never worked. No instructions on how to take out the trash, outdoor spa didn't work.and lastly four forks. Easy to find plenty of parking, nice gym.

This apartment was super spacious and the pictures don't do it justice. There are 2 chairs in the living area and a small kitchen table that are not pictured. These were an added surprise when we arrived. Luke was a very attentive host and answered me immediately when I reached out to him. The kitchen was fully stocked including a 5 cup coffee maker and an individual Keurig machine (also not pictured). We really enjoyed walking around the lake/swimming pool area and the very nice fitness facility. The pool was beautiful. There was also a gated dog park very close to the unit. The living room and both bedrooms had large smart tv's. The built in "office" space was great since we were there for 3 weeks and I was able to plug in my printer and work as if I was at my home office. The only reason I did not give this property 5 stars was because of its location which was both good and bad. The apartment complex is right off of a highway which made it very convenient to get to the Mayo Clinic (5 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes) but the traffic noise was sometimes loud. We got used to it though. There are also highway lights that shown into one of the bedrooms slightly through the blinds. Other than that it was perfect for our 3 week stay. I would recommend it!
