The "Alpendomizil Reber - Hochgern" holiday rental is located on the second floor (top floor on the right) of a very well-maintained 6-unit building and is situated in the immediate vicinity of the "Das Achental" golf resort and all cycling and hiking trails. The tourist information office and all of Grassau’s shopping options are just a short walk away. Lake Chiemsee and the surrounding ski areas are easily and quickly accessible—even by public transport. A day trip to the cultural capitals of Munich or Salzburg is also possible at any time by car or train. Pets allowed for a fee.
High-quality, completely newly furnished, lovingly decorated chalet-style holiday suite (approx. 50 m²). This bright and spacious, cosy apartment is located on the second floor (attic on the right) in a very quiet residential area of Grassau.The “Hochgern” Alpine retreat features a fully equipped, modern kitchen (including cutlery and dishes, dishwasher, coffee maker, stove, oven, and refrigerator with freezer) with a spacious dining area. The bathroom, with a walk-in shower, has been newly renovated, as has the separate toilet. The living/sleeping area consists of a large box-spring bed with orthopedic mattresses and two sleeper sofas. Wi-Fi and a large flat-screen TV are provided. Towels, bed linens, and a hair dryer are included. A parking space and a basement storage room with a washing machine and dryer are also part of the holiday rental.You can enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains all the way to the Kaiser Mountains until sunset on the large west-facing balcony, which is furnished with a comfortable lounge set. Pets are allowed for a fee.
