Relax at this scenic location with unobstructed views of the Gore Range and a ten acre lake out the back door. Located in the heart of ski country with easy highway access to all the ski areas, this four bedroom, three bath duplex has everything needed for a wonderful, quiet vacation experience. The summer months offer beautiful days and cool nights and activities to please any vacationer.

Three Bedrooms on the upper floor and one on the main floor offer exceptional comfort for you and your guests with five queen beds. In addition, the living room sofa converts to a queen bed so the home can accommodate up to eight persons.

The kitchen has everything needed to prepare gourmet meals and the gas fireplace and jetted tub are just two of the amenities that make this home special. A two-car garage is a real bonus as well as high-speed internet, washer and dryer and 65" smart TV. The dining room seats eight.
All newly decorated and offered at reasonable rates.
The other side of the duplex can also be rented and can accommodate 8 persons as well, so this is an ideal setting for a family reunion or any large gathering.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The place was extremely clean and very well maintained. The interior design is beautiful and very comfortable. You can tell a lot of care went into the details.The host was also incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We truly felt at home here.I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish getaway.

Great place with beautiful views

My family enjoyed a week long stay and thoroughly enjoy the easy access to the Blue River walking trail. We had plenty of room for our entire family and enjoying playing games nightly at the dinner table or out on the patio. I highly recommend and look forward to returning next year.

Perfect location

Fun ski trip to the mountains

This is the 5th consecutive year renting both of the units, and it is always an excellent stay. A group of 12 adults split both units and spend a week in Silverthorne cycling. The location is great, with an amazing view out the back.

The duplex is excellent. 4 queen beds, 3 bathrooms, very well equipped kitchen, garage, wifi, cable, etc. Close to stores and any of the skiing mountains around. Totally recommend it.

Beautiful views, plenty of parking

Our group of friends and family stayed recently to attend a wedding at the Silverthorne Pavilion. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful at night but two minutes from Target and close enough to the venue to run back for things we forgot. The view is beautiful and the house was very homey with everything we needed. There is no street parking in Silverthorne so the big driveway was great for our group with multiple cars. The owner was kind and thoughtful with quick responses to emails and questions. This would be a great place for a big family or group of friends

Beautiful home

I felt like I was staying at my favorite relatives place. There’s plenty of cooking ware and China to make and have a nice family dinner. The place is clean and nicely laid out. I really do feel like I was staying at my favorite relatives house. I felt very welcomed. We made a lot of great memories.

Comfortable and accommodating for our large family

Perfectly located for our family trip! Close to stores/food and easy to navigate to Winter Park, Vail, Breckenridge and Frisco. Multiple bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms allowed everyone to have space.Overall fantastic! My only feedback is that the sofa sleeper is REALLLLLLY uncomfortable. A new mattress would do it wonders!

Mountain Retreat

Large 4-bedroom home included a pack n play for the baby. All the furnishings and kitchen ware we needed for our 3-generation visit to the mountains. Beautiful lake we could swim in without having to drive. And fish! We'll be back next summer.

Fantastic house in great location

Very well maintained house with many kitchen upgrades. Just as described, roomy and clean. 2 car garage is wonderful during winter. Host is a great communicator. Amazing views. Only real issue is that beds are a bit past their prime. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place

We rented this house for our short ski trip. The location was very convenient, views were breathtaking as advertised. It's a very well kept and maintained house. More so, it was priced very reasonably for the high season. There was plenty of room for everybody (family of 5). I suggest if anyone would like to soak in the bathtub, do it after everybody showered. We loved the place and hope to come back soon.

Already talking about returning next year with our group. Recently updated/refreshed on the inside and that was a nice surprise. We have a group of 12 of us that have come to Summit County for road biking for 12 years in a row. Finding this location and the adjacent other half of the duplex has been so great.

Annual girls getaway

Every year five of us that grew up together go on a girls getaway. We picked this rental because it allowed us to all have our own bed and it had 3 full bathrooms. It was very homey and very roomy. We would, with no doubt, rent the same place if we returned to that area. Also Karen was very easy to contact and wonderful to rent from.

Perfect location for bike riders

Our first visit to this house as part of a family reunion. The whole family bikes and the flat finish to rides and proximity to recreation trails made the house a perfect fit.
