Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, bei einen Problem hat man sich schnell drum gekümmert.Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist sehr schön, die Ausstattung ist rustikal ausgestattet, ist aber Geschmackssache.Ansonsten hat uns der Urlaub dort gut gefallen.

Das Häuschen entspricht dem Internetauftritt. Liebvoll und sehr gewissenhaft renoviertes altes Häuschen mit viel Charme. Es liegt mitten in der Natur, wozu dann auch der Besuch des einen oder anderen Krabbeltiers gehört. Bei Problemen, die in älteren Gebäuden immer mal vorkommen können, wurde sich schnell und zuverlässig gekümmert. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt für alle die Erholung suchen, Rad fahren wollen und/oder Wassersport aller Art machen wollen. Es ist für Sommer wie Winter gleichermaßen gut geeignet. Mit viel Liebe wurde dieses Haus gestaltet Es fehlt an nichts. Eine tolle Location, die seinesgleichen sucht.

Wunderschöner Ort

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem wundervollen Haus verbracht und jede Minute genossen. Der Ausblick und die Gegend laden zur Entspannung ein und alle Familienmitglieder waren bestens zufrieden. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war super und besonders hat uns die Einrichtung des Hauses gefallen. Gefühlt erzählt jedes Teil ein Stück Geschichte. Für Menschen, die gerne joggen, skaten oder Fahrrad fahren, bietet sich der super ausgebaute Fahrradweg bestens an.

Eine erholsame Auszeit vom Alltag!

Wir haben uns hier wieder sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders der traumhafte Blick auf die Havel direkt vor dem Haus ist pure Entspannung.Unser Enkel hat ausgiebig die Boote beobachtet, sowie die Spielplätze gelobt! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und optimal gestaltet, viele schöne Details und ein wunderbarer Blick von der Terrasse, vom Esszimmer und dem Wintergarten aufs Wasser, der Garten ist urig, gerne hätten wir die Garage zum unterstellen unsere Fahrräder genutzt

Liebevoll eingerichtetes und renoviertes Haus mit fantastischem Blick auf die Havel

Direkt an der Havel, die hier mehrere hundert Meter breit ist, gelegen, hat man aus allen Zimmern des Hauses einen fantastischen Blick auf das Gewässer. Man merkt, dass die Eigentümerin als Architektin/Innenarchitektin ihr ganzes Herzblut in die Sanierung des Hauses gesteckt hat und jedes Detail durchdacht hat. Mit dem Auto sind es gut fünf Minuten zum Bahnhof Werder, der mit einem sehr großen P&R-Parkhaus ausgestattet ist. Potsdam ist in 10 Minuten, Berlin HBf. in 25 Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus liegt im kleinen Orsteil Phöben. Ein Spaziergang auf den Wichtelberg wird mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick über die Havellandschaft belohnt.Wir kommen gerne wieder.
