One bathroom plus a toilet in the laundry room make getting ready easy, and thoughtful touches like heating and air conditioning keep the atmosphere just right. Whether you’re relaxing indoors with a 42" tv and wifi internet, or planning your day on the backyard patio with chairs, table, and a small cooking grill, this terrific bungalow offers a perfect home base. A basketball goal and ball, adult and kid sized baseball gloves and balls, a small pool table and felt poker table, along with a beach volleyball for the nearby sand court, and fishing gear for the salt water pier, offer varied recreational opportunities.
