One of a kind Lake House with a private dock on the shore of Yuba Lake. (Yuba Lake is a 22 mile long reservoir when it is full that fluctuates from being a Lake in front of our home to the Sevier River in front depending on lake conditions). This property is very secluded-only one other home in this part of the lake. Your large group will be comfortable and have plenty to do at our Lake House. We have a dock for your boat and swimming fun when the lake is high. You can enjoy our pool table, fire pit, arcade, amphitheater, and deck. Our home was built to showcase panoramic views of the lake. In addition we have, 2 large family rooms, wood floors, well-stocked kitchen and granite counter tops, dishwasher, 8 foot sliding doors opening onto deck & large parking area. Just 1.5 hours south of Salt Lake City and an hour south of Provo.

* Dock for boat, fishing and swimming (THE DOCK IS AVAILABLE WHEN THERE IS ADEQUATE WATER IN THE RESERVOIR. BECAUSE YUBA LAKE IS A RESERVOIR, LAKE LEVELS FLUCTUATE DRAMATICALLY. THE LAKE TENDS TO GET LOW IN A DROUGHT AND CAN DISAPPEAR with only Sevier River remaining).

Everyone who has been to the house is stunned by the amazing views from our family area windows. When you are sitting on the sectional looking out the window it visually looks like you are on the water!

It is so rare in Utah to discover a property on a lake, with a dock!!! We have fallen in love with Yuba Lake! Most of the time we literally have the lake to ourselves!! We enjoy boating-especially surfing and tubing. How great to be able to enjoy the lake, pull up to your dock, go inside your Lake House for lunch and back onto the lake. A change in the weather? No problem. Enjoy the Lake House till the weather improves (again Yuba Lake is a reservoir and so lake levels fluctuate dramatically. There can be times when the dock/lake are not available at the house)

The amphitheater and fire pit make for memorable evenings.

We anticipated enjoying boating on the lake but were surprised by how we also have enjoyed WINTER! We were able to clear off a little snow on the lake and soon we had an ICE SKATING rink. The kids (and adults) loved to skate. We were also able to enjoy riding bikes on the lake. Ice fishing is next! The great thing is when anyone was cold or tired they can be inside in just a minute. With the amazing views from the windows, those inside could also enjoy watching all the fun.

We were also surprised by how many birds fly by! We enjoy watching them but apparently, our property is some of the best bird hunting areas in the region.
