Welcome to “DREAMY DOG STAYS” Romar House 701B, a beautifully remodeled 3BR/2BA East corner beachfront condo owned and operated by Terrys Vacation Rentals, where we specialize in family-friendly 5-star beach vacations.

Located on the 7th floor, this spacious 1,683 sq.ft. condo features breathtaking panoramic Gulf views from the oversized beachfront balcony with access from both the living room and primary suite.

The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, 4 leather rocking recliners, a 65” SMART TV, and incredible Gulf views. The updated kitchen includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating.

The primary suite offers a king bed, luxury linens, 55” SMART TV, private balcony access, and a spa-style ensuite with tiled walk-in shower and separate double vanity area.

Both guest bedrooms feature king beds, SMART TVs, vanities, and ceiling fans. One guest room also has a private balcony with Gulf and complex views.

• Dogs must remain leashed outside unit
• No aggressive dogs
• No unattended dogs on balcony

• Orange Beach does not allow dogs on the beach

• No smoking/vaping inside condo
• No parties or events
• Contactless check-in
• Rental agreement, guest list, and ID required after booking
• Security deposit hold required 3 days prior to arrival
• In the event of a cancellation the percentage of refund stated on our cancellation policy is reflective of the amount we receive, credit card transaction fees are not refunded for any reason.

Parking & Supplies:
• 1 parking pass included, 2nd pass available upon request for a fee
• Starter supplies provided: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, dishwasher & laundry pod (Minimal amount provided plan on purchasing your own or bringing more with you)
