Perched at the northern end of Cascade Lake on the edge of a working ranch directly adjacent to BLM land, this beautifully secluded cabin delivers mountain and valley views, hundreds of acres of private land to explore, and direct access to the Payette River for fishing and wading on warm summer days, all while keeping you just seven miles from Donnelly and 18 miles from McCall when civilization calls.



The home is set up with two distinct bedroom wings, with bunk rooms on one side and queen bedrooms on the other. This thoughtful separation works well for families traveling with kids, offering both proximity and privacy. The main living room welcomes you in with a cozy, cabin feel, featuring a wood-burning fireplace and comfortable seating for relaxing evenings.
