Designed for families and groups traveling together, our spacious five-bedroom home is especially well suited for family vacations, wedding weekends, sports weekends, ETSU visits, reunions, and relaxing getaways with friends.

The home comfortably sleeps 10 guests, with additional sleeping options available for groups of up to 13 registered overnight guests.

Start your morning with coffee surrounded by the woods, spend the day exploring Northeast Tennessee, and come home to gather around the fire pit beneath the string lights.

Exterior security cameras monitor outdoor areas only for property security and guest safety.

Because Bear Oaks is surrounded by woods, guests may encounter deer, wild turkeys and other local wildlife. Please secure trash and do not leave food outdoors.

No parties or unauthorized events. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Bear Oaks is not intended for work crews.

The place was great for our family to stay for a wedding. The only complaint is the driveway is a little steep. Host was wonderful to communicate with. Definitely would use again if needed.

The house was beautiful and accommodated my family well! Very comfortable! The listing did say two bathrooms and two half baths when I booked, but there is only two full baths. It didn't cause any issues, though. The host is very communitive and sent daily messages! We really enjoyed our stay!
