Climate Control: We have recently installed a powerful 24.000 BTU Air Conditioner to keep you cool.
Sleeping: Two separate bedrooms, each equipped with large double beds (160x200cm). Fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided for every guest.
Multi-Purpose Room: A third room tailored for your convenience! Use it as a dressing room, luggage storage, or workout space. Includes exercise equipment, a drying rack, a vacuum cleaner, and a mobile heater/fan.
Kitchen & Coffee: A spacious, fully equipped kitchen for a comfortable cooking experience. Includes materials for preparing various teas and coffees.
Upon request, we are happy to share our curated guide to the best food & drink spots in town!
Entertainment & WiFi: Super-fast WiFi covers the entire apartment. Instead of a traditional TV, we offer a 720p Projector for a cinema-like experience!
Laundry: A dedicated laundry cabinet with a washing machine, iron, and detergents.
Family Friendly
Traveling with little ones? We've got you covered!
Available: Travel cot, linens, high-chair, utensils, potty, toys, and books.

About the Building & Accessibility
Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a classic, historical building in Moda.
Please note:
- No Elevator: There are two flights of stairs to reach the apartment.
- Vintage Charm: The building entrance and stairs reflect the authentic, historical texture of the neighborhood. The stairs are narrow, and the entrance has a vintage look common to old Moda buildings.
- Strollers: Due to limited space in the building hallway, strollers and bikes must be kept inside the apartment.
Neighborhood Harmony
This is a peaceful family building, and we cherish our relationship with our neighbors. To maintain this harmony:
- Quiet Hours: We ask for silence after 10:00 PM.
- No Parties: Parties, crowds, and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited. We kindly ask you to be mindful of noise levels at all times.
Note: There is no TV in the apartment, but we provide a projector for your entertainment!
