The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

-Strip the beds, and start a load of sheets and pillow cases before leaving. Please leave comforters and/or blankets on the beds. -Do not re-make beds that were used.

-Please place all used towels in the laundry room -Wipe down the kitchen counters and clean the stove and oven if anything has been spilled in or on it.  Wash dishes and leave them in the dish rack.

-Please take out the trash. MAKE SURE ALL TRASH IS BAGGED or the garbage company won't take it. If we have to bag your trash, we will charge $50.00. - Place cigarette butts in designated areas.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
