Enjoy the perfect vacation getaway on the largest city on the island, bordering the Atlantic Ocean. This comfortable completely furnished beachfront house with gorgeous view is perfect for families, couples or any group of people. Delight yourself with:

•Master Bedroom: with a king size bed, walk-in closet, inverter air conditioner, and bathroom. This bedroom has two twin size mattress for guests.

Bedroom 2: Has a cozy bunk bed with a full size bed on bottom and a twin size bed on top. This room has a twin size folding guest bed with steel frame in the closet. This room has also inverter air conditioner.

Bedroom 3: Twin size bunk bed. There's a twin size guest bed with steel frame in the closet, and the room has inverter air conditioner.

Fresh and clean linens and towels will be provided during your stay.

•Benefit from a spacious living room with 40 inches LED tv with more than 50 channels and blu ray with Netflix included.
•Fully-equipped kitchen with also a tv.
•The house is nestled in a nice and very quiet neighborhood with an awesome over-sized backyard where you can relax with the extraordinary cool breeze and even swing in a hammock.
•Capacity for accommodating 2 cars in the garage, 2 on the drive-way, and even has additional parking spaces just next to the property.
•The community provides great security with controlled gated access and a pool to all guests.

Good location

We loved the location and the layout of the house. The master bed was not comfortable and it could have been a little cleaner but overall it was good.

Perfect for our stay

Nice centrally located property on the Northern coast. When you pull out of the neighborhood you're greeted by a fantastic ocean scene. No AC in the living room or kitchen but the bedrooms are nice and cool. Property manager was very responsive to questions.

Great place and location to stay the only suggestion is to update the mattresses for all bed. You can feel the mattress springs. Other wise all good

Great place at great price

Overall a lovely place and location. Surf spot right outside, walking distance to Cuevo Del Indio, protected, unpopulated beaches right across the street. Ocean sounds lull you to sleep, and AC was nice for a couple hot nights. So much to explore just by walking out the door. House feels secluded and private in a gated neighborhood, very safe, great for kids. House had all amenities and everything worked. If you are a very particular person, just be aware that it’s not “perfect” ie furniture is dated, things like that. If you are open for adventure, we highly recommend this awesome place and very kind hosts. Have fun!

A nice property, that someone doesn't care about.

The house is a gated neighborhood, good right? Not quite the pedestrian gate key is broken and the vehicle gate is only opened by calling the landlord buzzing you in. No problem except five or more different times nobody answered and we had to climb over or wait. It kinda kills the convenience of being right near the beach. The neighborhood pool and park is listed as an amenity, but it's closed. This was not posted on the website despite claims otherwise. The front door will not stay shut unless dead bolted and the screendoor has holes where bugs can get in. The kitchen was filled with ants and the dining room table had a bowl of fruit with a blackened midly piece of fruit mixed in. Also there is no drying rack for dishes so it's one by one washing and drying. Various Doors and drawers don't close right due to poor maintenance. The closets are drawers are filled with broken furniture and junk, especially the master closet. The outlet has liquid coming from the outlet The bunk beds have either loose hardware or ladder. The bedroom door which is covered in dog scratches will not shut. Our grill had the legs ripped of and was sitting on the lawn. The hammock listed as an amenity as well is being supported precariously by a single screw. Which judging by the holes next to it have been ripped out before. The owner didn't seem to think our complaints were legit. So I took pictures of each complaint, since I can't attach photos, if interested you can get them from me at scrogham36@outlook.com. It is beautiful house with plenty of space, great air conditioning and great potential, but the land lord does not seem to care about the property. I recommend checking out Cueva Del Indio which is walking distance from here, you can go around the red and orange fence and go for free. Amazing view and a cave with Taino hieroglyphics. This place has great potential but is lacking as of today.

Family short vacation

The whole stay was good. We had some problems with the internet, which was solved the next day, but it was very important to us for work reasons. Quiet and safe place with many nearby places to visit. We recommend it

Amazing Location!! Only A Few Mediocre Issues

Our trip was great!! We loved the location and the home itself!! We traveled with 6 people and it fit everyone perfectly. The roads are very narrow (just an FYI when driving) but that’s most places in P.R. We did have some trouble with the water but the owner informed us that it was just in the area at the time. But besides the ants that got in everything was as advertised! Very Beautiful! Very Helpful Neighbors! Would recommend!

Weekend disappointment

The property is in a nice location across from the ocean. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. My disappointment was with the amenities. The property was clean but AC was broken, no internet service, no satellite TV, dryer did not work. Freezer drawer was frozen and would not open. HomeAway had to contact owner to pass by the property which he did the next day. He was not able to fix the broken amenities so he promised to reimburse half of the charges which he has not. Very disappointed we were going to celebrate my moms 75 Birthday. Owner will not answer or respond to texts or calls. Still waiting for reimbursement.

Maggots never stayed in house

When we arrived at 11 am there were three trash bags in the house covered in maggots and maggots all over the floor. We let the owner Jose know and he said he would clean everything up. We asked at 4 pm if it had been cleaned yet. At 6:40pm we spoke on the phone and he said it still had not been cleaned and it would be clean in an hour. We returned at 8:30 pm that night and no one had ever come to clean up the trash or maggots. We again called the owner and told him. He said he would come clean it the next day we explained we would not stay in a house with maggots and the owner came over to look at it 15 minutes later. By now it was almost 9:30 pm and we still needed to find somewhere to stay that night. We handed back the keys that night and owner said he would refund us. It has been almost 3 weeks and I have made two different cases with VRBO and still not received a refund. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT STAY HERE!

Cute Beach House in Gated Community

The house was laid out well and very comfortable for our family of six. The owner communicated well and was quick in responding to your questions. The road behind the house was somewhat busy and the noise could be heard, but when the traffic was quiet the waves could be heard. The beach was not a swimming beach, but beautiful and fun to collect shells and look for sea snails. There was a nice swimming beach just down the road. This area was not a touristy area so many of the excursions and activities were not close by, but if you’re looking for something less touristy this would be a good option. Our family was more interested in the ocean, so we did not venture to the neighborhood pool.

The house was very nice. Quiet gated neighborhood. The breeze from the ocean puts you to sleep. We had little obstacle with the gate getting in but Jose NEVER missed a beat answering his phone. He was ALWAYS available. I'll be back in the spring

Great Vacation getaway home

This place was all I hoped it would be and much more, beautiful ocean view, well maintained home, no complaints at all, home is prepared with everything needed for your vacation , the only issue I had was the refrigerator was not working at its best, but when the owner Jose was called and told about the problem it took him half an hour to come through not only with one refrigerator but two, he is very humble, i can go on and on about this beautiful home and how great the owner is, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home for your next vacation. Looking forward to return back and stay there again.

Large open kitchen, clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Excellent helpful host with great communication

Very quiet gated neighborhood. The host walked us through everything when we arrived. We stayed with 9 guests and it was very comfortable. The walk to Cueva del Indio only took 3 minutes and it is a must see while in PR. Arecibo is nice because it is centrally located for day trips and the historic old city is lovely. While on this trip we purchased a home in Arecibo. The host was the most helpful I have had at any bnb. The beds were clean and comfortable. I liked that the host left some cooking items from previous guests. Thank you very much we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Family Vacation - 2 Adults 2 Children

If you want to experience PR without the crowds and tourists in the city, go here. Jose was an excellent host. He was at the house when we got there. He showed us around and answered questions, like how to find the supermarket. There is plenty of room for a family. We felt safe because it is a gated neighborhood. It was a great price for a house so close the ocean. I have used Home Away a lot, his customer service was the best I've ever experienced. He made us feel comfortable and at home. We were tired from traveling and he told us where to go to eat close by over looking the beach, we were instantly refreshed. Everyone in Arecibo was so incredibly kind, relaxed, and extremely patient with our terrible Spanish. If you don't speak it, not to worry, someone will always help you. This house is located across the street from a marine protected beach, with very few visitors. You can also walk along the beach to the Cave of the Indians, which stunningly beautiful. There is a better beach for swimming 5 minute down the road. We brought our masks and saw a few fish by the rocks, really fun. Behind the neighborhood is a quiet, countryside area, very peaceful. There is an amusement park by the lighthouse, but we ran out of time. We went zip lining in the rainforest instead. We were so sad to leave, best vacation ever. We can't wait to go back. Thank you Jose. I love you PR!!!

It is something different, you can have all day to relax at the hammock, read a book, or watch TV with the sound of the waves. Also walk across the street and enjoy the beach, take a chair to relax on the sand or take a sun tan...

This house is very special, is right across the street from the ocean and also part of a Gated Community. is in the corner and provide enough spaces for parking with no neighborhood at the right of the house. That is a great combination. Your kids will be very safe, no much traffic with access control to the community. Garage with two doors capacity with roof and direct access to the interior house.
