Fun, well-appointed home close to parks and other amenities
We loved the private courtyard (we ate all our meals outside), the well-designed kitchen/dining area, and large comfortable bedrooms. Quiet neighborhood located near Sabino Canyon, downtown Tucson, several playgrounds (we had a toddler in our group), the Desert Museum, etc., etc.
We wanted a pleasant place, with a hot tub, and easy access to Sabina Canyon, the river bike path, and several museums and the Botanical Garden. Early morning walks from the front door and the wonderful landscape paintings and art books were extra bonuses.
This house was so impeccable. Authentic Tucson charm. Warmth, comfy and best vibe ever. I will stay here every time I am in Tucson to visit my daughter. We loved it so

Sanctuary Sangri-La in the heart of the Southwest
I loved everything g about the Urban Ranch. It was the perfect escape for rest and relaxation and the hot tub was the absolute best after a long day exploring all Tucson has to offer. The serene setting compliments this adobe style house and the attention to detail was the perfect touch of the southwest. I would highly recommend!
Loved the interior design of the house and the back patio amenities. Beautiful landscaping in the front yard. The family enjoyed listening to the classic records in the living room. The back yard had a lot of dead leaves and needles all over the patio, but Vacasa did eventually sent someone over to clean it up. Overall a great experience.

Perfect in Every Way
We've enjoyed quite a few vacation rentals, but this was our hands down favorite. Convenient location in a safe, tidy, historic neighborhood. Superb landscaping on all sides, including a large and very private back patio with a nice bit of mountain view, clean xeriscape surfaces, rain capture system to water an interesting variety of succulents, and a huge hot tub. Interior has gorgeous traditional wood ceilings, saltillo tile floors, everything beautifully updated. We'd could happily live in this house.
Beautiful attention to detail inside and out of this wonderful adobe abode. The home feels lived in and well cared for - a pleasure to enjoy indoors and out. Extremely clean and well attended. Wish we had more time at the house to “pretend” we lived there - we were on the go. Mixed older neighborhood of well and not so well kept properties as well as apartments, etc - only ding but it didn’t “bother” us.

We look forward to welcoming you back for another wonderful getaway in the future!
This property is lovely. The house is well maintained, extremely clean and the facilities are more than adequate. The photos accurately portray how cool and stylish this house is.
What I didn’t like: the neighborhood (dead cat leg in the front yard, old couch on the curb across the street i.e. eyesore and loud neighbors drunk fighting at 3 am even though we were asked to be “good neighbors” and be quiet from 10P-6A.) Also, maybe the cleaning fee is a bit high since I had to run the dishwasher, start a load of towels and take out the trash bins.
It was moderately comfortable.. the living area s furniture was very uncomfortable. I had to purchase garbage bags for refuse, there was very little dish soap. the outside chairs were old and tattered. the lighting was sparse in the bedrooms and the AC was minimal for the heat of the week... the ice machine and water feature on the fridge were not working...

Susan, thank you for being our guest and sharing your experience with us. We apologize for the areas you felt in need of some TLC and our local manager assured us that they checked the AC unit and filter and found it operating properly. They also shared your comments regarding improvements with the homeowner and appreciate your feedback as an opportunity to improve. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future and provide an amazing vacation experience.
Except for one issue, this would have been a perfect stay in a beautiful and clean rental home. The smaller bathroom attached to the small third bedroom has a significant sewer gas issue which was made worse whenever the shower in the other bathroom was used and also when trying to use the exhaust fan (which only drew more sewer gas into the bathroom). This caused some inconvenience as we were with friends and needed all three bedrooms and both bathrooms. I reported the issue to the management company and trust they will address it for future occupants. I don't like to leave negative reviews but would have liked to know this health-related issue before renting this property.

Nice Adobe, Poor Property Management
The property was very nice. The outdoor living area was really nice, with a big courtyard. Ceilings were low in a few places, but the house was really cool. The only downside of this rental was the property management team. I had rented for a a full month. After a few days we ran out of garbage bags. So I called them. After 10 minutes of phone tree virtual assistance I finally got a real person. She told me we would only be allowed 2 garbage bags for the entire month's rental!! After my protesting about spending 8k on this rental, she suggested going to the store and buying them myself!!The other problem was a HUGE safety concern. The gas stove knobs were cracked and not working. Somehow I got the gas on but the ignitors with did not go off. The room started filling with gas odors. After a few minutes I finally got the thing turned off but had to open all the windows to vent the gas. Upon inspection, three of the knobs on the gas stove were cracked making them unusable. Again a call to the property management team. They sent someone out. He promised to get some to us quickly. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM for the next three weeks we were there!!! This was an easy fix. My wife searched Amazon and found replacements that could be there in one day. Obviously this property management team didn't care if the building blew up. My advice to the OWNER, fire these people.
