Directly bordering more than 16,000 acres of desert wilderness at the foothills of South Mountain, this home offers plenty of opportunity for spotting wildlife and great access for exploring a plethora of hiking trailheads just around the corner. Check out Desert Classic Trail, Pima Canyon Trail, and Marcos De Niza Trail. It's also excellent for mountain biking, hiking, and running and is only a short drive to grocery stores and many highly-rated local restaurants. Downtown Phoenix's food, shopping, and entertainment are just a short drive away.

Enjoy a 10-feet deep saltwater swimming pool in the ultimate privacy, serenity, and natural surroundings. Updated fixtures and appliances will welcome you home in comfort. The full kitchen is equipped with quality kitchen appliances for dine-in cooking, and the wood-burning fireplace in the living area provides ambience and warmth for movie nights. A large, 65' Samsung 4K TV with a backlight is perfect for endless entertainment, while the height-adjustable electric standing desk with a 27' monitor is ideal for your work-cation.
