Ocean Front Retreat! Linen Service (bed sheets and bath towels) included with in season rentals between 5/24 to 9/5. Well-maintained and fully equipped three level family home located in a private setting and nestled along the dunes. Watch the sunrise over the ocean from the second floor main living areas, and the third floor master suite. Enter property via the private driveway off of 13th Street. Plenty of off-street parking, plus a garage for convenient storage . Owners supply beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach cart, beach tags, and some bikes. Two outside showers. No waiting after a fun day at the beach! First floor features a spacious kid’s room with two single beds, a queen-size sofa bed, small sofa, an extra refrigerator, and a half bathroom. A sliding glass door from that room leads to the rear patio and the outside showers. There is additional half bathroom is in the hallway, as well as a bedroom with one queen bed. The second floor has two Queen bedrooms, a full hall tub/shower bathroom, and a laundry area. The 2nd floor open living area, and sun room/sitting area (with a sofa bed) offer scenic dune and ocean views. The kitchen has a walk in pantry, and all the essentials to prepare family meals. A separate dining room faces the dunes, too. A sliding glass door leads to a wonderful sun deck with water views. The partially covered section is perfect for outdoor meals and features a natural gas grill for easy summer entertaining. The third floor is the private master suite. There is a large bathroom with a stall shower and walk-in closet. The jetted tub in this bathroom no longer functions. A sliding glass door provides full view of the ocean and inlet, and leads to an open sun deck with amazing water views up and down the coast. A spiral staircase connects the second and third floor decks, too. Linen service (bed sheets AND bath towels) provided by owner for summer season rentals- 5/24 through to 9/5. Tenant to bring their own beach towels. Sorry, no pets permitted.
