This four-bedroom Cape Coral home spans 2,169 square feet of thoughtfully arranged living space, giving families and groups the room they need to spread out, recharge, and make the most of Florida's Gulf Coast sunshine. Whether you're planning days on the water or slow mornings with coffee in the backyard, this is the kind of place that makes it easy to settle in.

 

The living space

Step through the front door and the layout immediately opens up around you. To the right, a cozy front room works beautifully as a reading nook, lounge, or informal workspace - a quiet corner away from the main activity. To the left, a formal dining room provides a proper setting for shared meals. Straight ahead, the main living area stretches toward the backyard, filling the home with natural light and creating a central gathering point for the whole group. A dedicated workspace is also available for anyone who needs to stay connected during their stay.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to nine guests across four bedrooms. Off a private hallway behind the front living nook, Bedroom 1 has two twin beds, and Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed near the front of the home. A full bathroom sits conveniently between them. On the opposite side of the main living area, Bedroom 3 features a queen bed with backyard-facing windows and peaceful natural light. The master suite, accessed via a short hallway off the kitchen area, includes a king bed and a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping flexibility, along with a private ensuite bath and room-darkening shades for a restful night.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook for a crowd - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, and a full set of dishes, cookware, and cooking basics. A breakfast nook tucked just behind the kitchen is ideal for casual morning meals or an afternoon snack before heading back out. The formal dining room offers a more relaxed setting for evening dinners together.

 

Outdoor & practical

The private backyard is a natural extension of the living space - open, grassy, and well suited to afternoon downtime. A patio or balcony adds another option for enjoying the fresh air. For longer day trips, Fort Myers River District is approximately 25 minutes away, and Sanibel Island is around 45 minutes when traffic is clear. Southwest Florida International Airport is roughly 30 minutes away for easy arrivals and departures.

 

A note on supplies

A starter kit of essentials is provided - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. For stays of a week or more, you will likely want to pick up additional supplies during your visit.
