Beautiful Property ! Very clean, spacious, safe, quiet, every detail has been covered; nice furniture, dishware. Outdoor spaces were beautiful, clean, beautiful pool, terraces. The host is extremely helpful ! Highly recommend !

Jörg’s place was everything we hoped for. We could walk to the beautiful Cala Santanyi in 10 minutes, and drive to the stunning old town in 5 minutes. The property is very well cared for and Jörg is a perfect host with excellent communication and knowledge about the local area. We would go again with family as we can’t fault our experience.

Tolles Anwesen

Unser Aufenthalt in der Finca war super! Das ganze Anwesen ist top gepflegt und wunderschön, mit vielen Pflanzen und Palmen. Insgesamt 3 Ferienwohnungen teilen sich das Grundstück mit Gemeinschaftsbereichen (Innenhof, Pool) und privaten Bereichen. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und war sehr angenehm. Er ist jedoch relativ tief und hat nur eine Leiter als Einstieg, für kleine Kinder also evtl. nur bedingt geeignet. Es ist sehr, sehr ruhig, da das Haus in einem Wohngebiet in einer Sackgasse liegt. Die beiden Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Backofen, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Nespresso-Maschine etc. Auch eine Waschmaschine steht für alle Gäste zur Verfügung. Man sollte mit einem Mietwagen anreisen, zu Fuß ist in der Umgebung nicht viel erreichbar (vor allem in der Sommerhitze). Man könnte die nächste Bucht mit Strand, Cala Santanyi, aber in ca. 15 min zu Fuß erreichen. Der nächste Ort, Santanyi, ist mit dem Auto 5 min entfernt, dort sind einige schöne Restaurants, Cafés und Supermärkte vorhanden (Markt Mi und Sa). Parken kann man kostenlos direkt vor dem Haus auf der Straße. Bei Fragen waren der Inhaber Jörg, als auch ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort, immer erreichbar.

Tolles Haus, tolle Umgebung, netter Vermieter

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit unseren beiden Kindern in Son Moja. Das Haus ist super schön mit einem großen Pool und vielen Sitzgelegenheit draußen. In der Wohnung ist genügend Platz und alles, was man benötigt. Der Strand ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen und Santanyí ist ebenfalls mit dem Auto in 2 min erreichbar. Jörg Friedrich, der Vermieter. Ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können dieses Haus zu 100% empfehlen und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Wir wurden bei Ankunft persönlich vom Besitzer sehr herzlich begrüßt und eingewiesen. Die Wohnung und die gesamte Anlage wurden sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Sauberkeit und Gepflegtheit in allen Bereichen. Der Pool wurde bspw. aller paar Tage gereinigt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat vollends gestimmt. Ich würde die Ferienwohnung zu 100 % weiter empfehlen.

Top Urlaub

Wunderbare, sehr ruhige Lage. Sehr schickes, neues Appartement mit tollem Innenhof. Aussen herum viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und das Gefühl, auf einer alten Finca zu sein. Fünf Minuten mit Auto zum Strand oder 12 Minuten durch Pinienwäldchen zu Fuß. Prima das es extra Handtücher für Pool und Strand gibt. Zwei pro Person wären noch besser, damit könnte man die wirklich sehr, sehr guten Liegenauflagen im Innenhof komplett abdecken und sie würden gar nicht schmutzig. Pool wunderbar und groß. Zu 99,9% alles wirklich prima. Die 0,1% nur weil dort gerade erst begonnen wird zu vermieten und es Kleinigkeiten zu verbessern gibt: Mitreisende Damen vermissten einen Ganzkörperspiegel. In einem Schlafzimmer ging Deckenventilator nur auf Stufe fünf. (Sollte vorab gecheckt werden). 2 x drei verschiedene Schlüssel, da Code Zugang noch nicht funktionierte. Schlüssel sollten markiert sein, so muss man immer erst probieren welcher der Richtige ist. In Schlafzimmern fehlen Leselämpchen an den Betten. Eine Info fehlt im Ordner wo es die wunderbaren "Anti-Moskito-Kerzenschälchen" gibt damit man nachkaufen kann. Spülmaschinentabs und Waschmaschinentabs sollten ein paar vorrätig sein, so muss man eine ganze Packung für zwei, dreimal nutzen kaufen. Gut aber das übriggebliebene Sachen an Hilfsorganisation "Hope Mallorca" weiter gegeben werden. In der Infomappe fehlte der Hinweis das Schalter für Deckenventilator unten hinter dem Vorhang versteckt ist, wir mussten länger suchen. Im Innenhof sollte Rauchverbot sein. Insgesamt hat uns davon aber nicht wirklich etwas gestört. Wir buchen seit Jahren immer neu zu vermietende Appartements, einhellige Meinung von uns vieren: Dies war bisher das mit Abstand beste, deshalb unsere Weiterempfehlungsrate: 100% !! :-)
