The Malaga 01 holiday rental is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Up to 4 people can enjoy a beachfront Baltic Sea holiday in the modern Malaga 01 holiday apartment. It measures approximately 65 m². You’ll have access to the open-concept living room with a kitchenette and dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and the southwest-facing terrace. The beach is about 250 m away.

In the cosy living room, the corner sofa is perfect for a relaxing evening watching TV. For your entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV, DVD player, CD player, and a radio. You can use Wi-Fi (subject to availability) here for free. From the living room, you can step out onto the southwest-facing terrace. During the season, you’ll find patio furniture and a beach umbrella here.

Thanks to the well-equipped kitchenette, you can enjoy preparing your favourite meals even while on holiday. The modern built-in kitchen features: a microwave, a stove with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, plenty of dishes and glasses, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle. Simply serve your meals in the dining area across from the kitchenette and enjoy your time together on holiday.

In the bedroom, you’ll sleep in a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) with a split topper. The spacious closet offers plenty of room for your holiday wardrobe. External blinds have been installed to block out light and ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. The second bedroom of the holiday rental features a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm). The closet provides additional space for your holiday wardrobe. A travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge for our younger guests.

The bright shower room is spacious and features a walk-in shower. The spacious vanity offers plenty of room for your toiletries. If you’d like to do laundry during your holiday, you’ll find the washing machine right in the bathroom (1 wash cycle: 4 x 1,-€ coins).

A note about the flooring: Vinyl planks have been installed in the bedrooms. All other living areas are tiled. A maximum of 1 pet (no cats) is allowed in this holiday rental. The parking space for your car is located right next to the house. You can also use a handcart (subject to availability).

The Malaga holiday complex is centrally located on Kastanienallee and is only about 250 m from the beach. Right in front of the house, you’ll find a parking space and a bike shed.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without bedding).

The Malaga Holiday Complex is situated in a quiet area in the western part of Boltenhagen.

Are you looking for a place to spend your holiday? Then our Malaga Holiday Complex is your ideal holiday destination. You’re just about 450 metres from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the wooden boardwalk. There are great shopping options right nearby, and the town centre is just a few minutes’ walk away. One of the holiday apartments even has a sauna (for a fee).

Free parking spaces are available in front of the building. Each holiday apartment comes with a separate shed for bicycles.


Holiday apartments in the Malaga Boltenhagen complex


Built in 2007, the Malaga holiday complex offers plenty of space for four to six people with a total of eight spacious units. Three of the apartments, with two or three rooms, are located on the ground floor of the complex and offer relaxing hours in the sun as well as fresh Baltic Sea air on their own terraces. The fourth and largest of the apartments spans the top two floors of the complex and features a spacious furnished balcony.

All holiday apartments at the Malaga holiday complex on Kastanienallee have Wi-Fi; pets are allowed in some units, and a travel cot and high chair are already provided for families with infants. Each apartment is uniquely and tastefully furnished.
