Sitting on the bayou and only a 6 minute drive from ULM, this spacious home is perfect for fall tailgates or family gatherings. It has a two-car covered carport, outdoor firepit area, and fishing access from the backyard. This home also features an in-unit washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely back patio, perfect for sipping coffee and watching the sun rise on the water.
