Holiday Apartment No. 10 is a one-room apartment in the Strandvilla Triton that can accommodate up to 2 people.

The apartment is located on the basement level of the building and features a combined living and sleeping area, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. For sleeping arrangements, the living/sleeping area features a double sleeper sofa (140 cm x 200 cm).

The kitchenette integrated into the living room includes a refrigerator, a microwave, a high-quality ceramic cooktop, and, of course, an oven. There is also a flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a CD player. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. The entire apartment is tiled. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

The Triton Beach Villa is located in a prime spot right on the beach. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to you free of charge. Parking spaces are located on the property. A bicycle storage room is available. A charging station for electric vehicles is also available. The fee for use is 20.00 euros per day (as needed).

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

The Triton Beach Villa is located directly on the beach promenade of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen.


Situated between beach access points 17 and 18, the Triton Villa invites you to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday. Some of the apartments offer ocean views. The beach is just 30 metres away.
Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.
There is one free parking space available for each apartment in front of the building. A charging station for electric vehicles is also available. Use of the charging station costs 20.00 euros per day (as needed).

Strandvilla Triton was lovingly renovated in 2001 and now offers a total of ten cosy apartments spread over three floors, where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. Choose between 4 one-bedroom apartments in the basement—two of which each have their own small terrace—or one of the spacious three-bedroom apartments, each featuring a balcony facing the lake and another facing south.
