The furnished balcony, with its beautiful view of the countryside, is perfect for sunbathing. The living area features a large corner sofa, and the floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of light. For your entertainment, the holiday rental features a flat-screen TV and a radio.

The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner hob with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. A cosy dining area is located right next to the kitchenette.

The bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The wardrobes provide ample storage space for your clothes. Roller shades on the windows ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.

The shower room also offers storage space for your toiletries. The living room and bedroom have carpeted floors. The kitchen area is tiled. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

An outdoor parking space is included with the holiday home and is located right nearby. Bicycles can be stored in a bike shed next to the house. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available free of charge. The Sünnslag holiday complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.
