The beach is only about 100 m away.<br><br>A short hallway leads you to the spacious living and dining area with laminate flooring and an integrated kitchenette. The modern couch and matching armchair create a welcoming atmosphere and, set against a green backdrop with a beach scene, give you that holiday feeling even on days without sunshine. A flat-screen TV—which also offers “Sky” channels—provides entertainment. The large dining table offers the ideal spot for all your meals, whether you prefer a light breakfast in the morning or a three-course dinner in the evening.<br><br>The kitchenette, integrated into the living and dining area, is fully equipped and features a microwave, a stove with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, and much more. You can spend relaxing hours in the sauna area (for a fee). You can access the lift (dimensions: 0.70 m x 1 m) from the underground car park and also from the building entrance, each via three steps. A bike storage room provides space for bicycles. Of course, every holiday rental at Residenz Seestern features a terrace or balcony. <br>When the weather is nice, younger guests can have fun on the playground, which features a slide, sandpit, climbing frame, and nest swing.<br><br>As a special highlight, the Seestern Residence in Building 1 offers a wellness area where you can use the swimming pool free of charge year-round or (for a fee) enjoy the sauna in a well-maintained setting (the Seestern Residence wellness area will be closed from 05.01.2026 to 25.01.2026 for maintenance work and deep cleaning).
