Experience the charm and convenience of staying in the iconic Warm Springs Base Area, known for its laid-back, mountain-town vibe. A great area for skiing in the winter and mountain biking and hiking in the summer.

After a day of adventuring, whether on the slopes or the trails, unwind at the Warm Springs Lodge, where you can soak in the lively après atmosphere, and enjoy great food. For a true taste of the local scene, take a short stroll to Apples Bar & Grill, a favorite spot for both visitors and locals alike, offering an authentic Sun Valley experience.

Parking: Only one parking pass is provided. Additional vehicles must park offsite. Street parking is available; however, guests are responsible for following all City parking regulations. Please note that winter parking policies are strictly enforced to accommodate snow removal.

This 3-bedroom, 3-bath unit offers a comfortable and stylish retreat. The master bedroom features a queen bed with ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom features another queen bed while the 3rd offers a set of twin beds to comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your favorite meals. Gather in the cozy living room, where a Smart TV, wireless internet, and a warm gas fireplace create the perfect ambiance for relaxation after a day of adventure. The condo also includes a washer and dryer, adding convenience to your stay.

The open-concept living area offers plenty of room to gather—whether you’re sharing stories by the fire, enjoying a family dinner, or relaxing with a glass of wine. Large windows bring in natural light and frame the alpine surroundings, creating a cozy yet airy mountain feel.

In winter, walk to the lifts at Warm Springs and ski home at the end of the day. In summer, step outside to hiking and biking trails, or take a short drive into downtown Ketchum for dining, shopping, and local events.
