Barefoot 914 Free Shuttle,Pool,Beach, Pet Friendly

This first floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is a great spot for your next get away!. This unit #914 has the benefits of golf course view and 1st floor access. You have direct view of the greens on the Greg Norman course 13th hole. Watch golfers make their final putts from your comfortable screened-in porch. Inside is a white kitchen and a fully furnished place for you to call your home away from home. The main areas are carpeted but it is extremely plush, you'll enjoy it! The interior is bright and airy and tastefully decorated.

The main bedroom is spacious with a King bed and private ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has Bunk beds (with a Queen bottom, Twin top and pull-out Twin trundle) a great space for the kids. This one has it all for your perfect family get away. All bed and bath linens will be provided during your stay and beds will be freshly made upon your arrival -- just bring your beach/pool towels.

The condo is PET FRIENDLY and requires a non-refundable $300 pet fee/per pet. Maximum size 30 pounds (2 pet max). Guest will be fined if they do not clean up after their pet.

The sunny Cypress Bend community pool is in the center of the complex, but close walking distance to this unit. There is also an outdoor charcoal grill station by the pool. All Barefoot Resort guests also have access to the grand, one-acre pool at the Barefoot North Tower Resort, located by the marina. All Barefoot Landing communities are offered a FREE beach shuttle to Windy Hill Beach, or the North Tower Resort Pool, or at Barefoot Landing's retail shopping and dining center (Memorial Week to Labor Day Weekend) No traffic or parking worries for you.

At SC beaches, NO beach badges are required. If you choose to drive, the beach is approx. 2 miles away, where you can park at any public access (hourly fee) parking. If you need beach supplies (umbrellas, chairs, baby items, bikes) it can be rented locally, we can recommend a rental service (cheaper than NMB City Services) that will bring any items to your door and pick them up again at departure.

You will be delighted with everything Barefoot Resort has to offer, from golf, dining, shopping, entertainment and attractions, within minutes of your condo. Barefoot Resort hosts four championship golf courses: Fazio, Dye, Love, and Norman. The 2300-acre master planned communities are nestled in a lush green paradise, just across the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway. Minutes in any direction of NMB, are restaurants, theaters, attractions, marina, LIVE music entertainment, shopping centers and outlet malls to fulfill your vacation needs and souvenir hunting.

Head a little further south to Myrtle Beach and you will find endless unique shops, restaurants and tourist attractions, such as Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand Mall, and Tanger Outlets and the nostalgic MB Boardwalk. If golf is the main reason for your visit, you're in the right place. The GRAND STRAND is famous for over 100+ golf courses to choose from. Dotted along the local coastal area are quaint smaller communities that specialize in the best of seafood dining -- like Murrells Inlet, SC and Calabsh, NC.
