Welcome to our beautiful and comfortable home in sunny San Diego! This spacious home is perfect for families, couples, or friends looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The house features comfortable 3 bedrooms with cozy beds and plenty of space to relax. The living room includes a fireplace and an air hockey table for fun and entertainment.

Step outside and enjoy the private pool and jacuzzi — perfect for relaxing . There is also a barbecue grill near the pool area where you can enjoy outdoor cooking and dining.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Parking is easy with space available in front of the garage and on the street. Inside the garage you’ll also find exercise equipment, including a bicycle.

Our home is located in a convenient area close to shopping, restaurants, and many of San Diego’s popular attractions.

A friendly, peaceful neighborhood in a very convenient location. I enjoy being close to Costco, Walmart, and many great restaurants, while having easy access to the I-15 and Highway 78. The weather is wonderful, and the ocean and beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. We’re also conveniently located near popular attractions such as Legoland, the San Diego Zoo, Carlsbad, and the city of San Diego. It’s a great neighborhood because you have everything you need nearby while still enjoying the relaxed Southern California lifestyle.

What makes our property unique is that it is a spacious, single-story home with three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and family room—all on one level, so there is no need to use stairs or go to a second floor. The home has both air conditioning and heating, so guests can stay comfortable during hot summer days or cooler winter nights.

Guests can enjoy a pool and Jacuzzi, convenient access to a nearby park from the backyard, plenty of parking, and a pet-friendly environment with lots of space. Inside, there is an air hockey table and other games for entertainment, two large 60-inch TVs, laundry facilities, and Wi-Fi. It’s a comfortable and fun home where families, friends, and pets can relax and enjoy their stay.
