Welcome to our 3 story private gated home. Just steps away from Melrose, easy to catch an uber/waymo. Surrounded by many restaurants, shops, 10 min to Universal, 5 minutes to Sunset Blvd. /Hollywood Walk of Fame. Our property features a fountain and olive trees, hot tub, multiple outdoor areas. Inside, all of the comforts of home plus the luxury of an upscale California boutique hotel including 100% linen sheets, 100% cotton plush towels, plush robes, and Aesop soaps, shampoo and conditioner.
Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, One King bed, One queen bed. Designated work space/vanity in each bedroom. Sturdy and comfortable furniture. powerful rainfall showers and a deep tub for soaking. Ambient lighting both indoor and outdoors. Smart tv's in each bedroom as well as the living room. Multiple outdoor spaces including 2 separate balconies attached to each bedroom, a backyard with hot tub, outdoor seating including lounge chairs, and a grilling area. This is a special property in the heart of Hollywood, located just off Melrose Ave and walking distance to many different food, drink and shopping options. Gated property with pin pad entry and security cameras at entrances only.

The townhouse is adorable. Decorated so cute and fun! The beds and sofa were very comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious and the entire home had a good vibe. The location was great for us, could walk to the grocery and restaurants. The host was beyond amazing. Super quick response to any questions and a delightful attitude. I would stay here on every trip to LA.
