We had a wonderful stay! The location was very convenient and close to everything we needed. The place was comfortable, and we were very happy with our overall experience. Everything was excellent with this apartment, it is very clean and spacious. It was centrally located in a very cool part of Taksim. The host was prompt to respond to our queries and very accommodating with requests and a car service to and from the airport.I highly recommend this apartment for families and groups of friends visiting Istanbul. Thank you for a great week

Our stay did not meet our expectations and involved several challenges that affected our family vacation. As a family of six, we had booked and fully paid for a specific apartment but were initially accommodated in a different inferior unit with fewer amenities than advertised. From the first day, we encountered maintenance and cleanliness issues, including a damaged bed frame, malfunctioning appliances, water problems, dirty sheets, and broken showers. The damaged bed frame also caused significant wrist pain to a family member. Communication was challenging, with several messages requiring repeated follow-ups. Our relocation to the originally booked apartment on the third day took much longer than expected, costing us almost an entire day. Transportation was eventually arranged, but only one Uber was provided for our family of six, making the journey extremely uncomfortable. Basic amenities were also missing. Although the listing showed four chairs and we had requested six before arrival, only three were available. Our repeated requests for additional chairs remained unresolved. While these issues might seem manageable individually, their combined impact significantly affected our comfort and enjoyment. Overall, the experience fell short of what we reasonably expected based on the listing and booking arrangements. We hope this feedback helps improve property preparation, communication, and guest experience, particularly for families.
