Located in the small, idyllic village of Saßbach on the outskirts of Waldkirchen, you’ll spend your holiday surrounded by nature, yet only 2 km from town.
Set apart from the hustle and bustle and offering unobstructed views, you can fully enjoy your time with us. Our in-house e-bike rental service ensures you have plenty of options for getting around and staying active.

The former 50-square-meter guest apartment was completely renovated and refurnished in 2021.

Featuring a living and dining room with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a spacious entryway, the apartment offers the perfect setting for a romantic getaway for two.

The sofa in the living room can also be converted into a sleeper sofa for a third person (or two children).

The living room opens directly onto the approximately 2,000-square-meter garden, which features a terrace with seating, a grill, and a fire pit—perfect for enjoying wonderful evenings with a glass of wine.

For the kids, there’s a treehouse, a swing, and a slide for their next adventures.

A parking space is available right in front of the front door.

A heated and lockable room is available for bicycles, skis, etc.
