The host has very clear instructions for check in and check out. The place is in a great location with many nearby activities/restaurants to check out. Near highways for easy access to other major roads. Overall a great property!

Property was booked for my Masters graduation wkend from Texas A&M School of Law. 3 friends joined me for the event. Upon arrival to property, we were welcomed by unmown lawn(weeds were 2 ft high front and back), upon entering odors of smoke and pets. Bedrooms were sparse of furnishings - none had more than a bed with questionable bedding. Kitchen counter was dirty, dining table had food crumbs from possibly fried chicken crust, the cloth dining chairs were extremely soiled(looked like people wiped hands on back of chairs), the kitchen was not stocked with any glasses, coffee mugs or utensils, There were Christmas plates - 4 dinner, 4 salad,4 bowls still taped together with clear packing tape. Myself & my guests went to Goodwill to purchase a few items & discover the same Christmas plates - bought glasses, coffee mugs and a tea kettle to use for making coffee as there was not a coffee maker or coffee pot. Kitchen had no linens (cup towels/dishcloths). Dishwasher handle was broken so could not open. Disposal did not work - it was frozen. When using the kitchen sink to hand wash the dishes, it was discovered the plumbing was clogged causing all the water the drain into the dishwasher, which in turn over flowed and drained out of the bottom out to the kitchen floor and out the back side of baseboard into the living room. Using up towels to mop up water, washed them only to find dryer didn't work. Worn bath towels; leak behind toilet caused black mold. too many to list here
