Guests have full private access to the entire second-floor apartment with smart lock self check-in for a smooth arrival.

This is a real, vibrant Newark neighborhood with local character and close access to transit. Easy Uber/Lyft service and quick routes to attractions and downtown Newark make this a convenient base for exploring the region.

SMOKING:

No smoking inside the home/building. The reservation holder will be charged a $500 fine if smoking rules are violated.

GUESTS:

Only the guests on the confirmed reservation are allowed on the property. Extra guests must be approved by owners in advance of the reservation and are subject to additional fees.

PARTIES:
Parties and/or events are not permitted at the property. Quiet hours are from 11:00pm until 7:00am.

PETS:
Pets are not allowed on the property.

CLEANING FEE: The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning (e.g. bedding and laundry turn over, surfaces, floors, etc.). Additional cleaning fees may be incurred for excessive mess (e.g. excessive dishes; furniture, flooring, linen stains; etc)

PHOTO / VIDEO SHOOTS: Our home is not to be used for photo / video shoots without approval by owners in advance of the reservation and are subject to additional fees.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
We have 24/7 video security cameras on the exterior of the property. These security cameras are focused on the entryways and designed to maintain privacy while enjoying our home.

Best Way to Get Around:
We highly recommend driving or using ride-share services (Uber/Lyft) as the most convenient and comfortable way to explore the city. While there are some walkable areas, guests unfamiliar with more urban settings may prefer driving to get around easily without having to rely on public transportation.
