Enjoy a very private and peaceful stay at this 2-bedroom retreat in Hays County area. Rest in a peaceful environment on your private deck overlooking a wildlife preserve and creek. This lovely 2-bedroom retreat features one private room with a king bed and another private room with a queen bed- perfect for a restful night. Each bedroom has its own private entrance off the large deck, a Keurig coffee maker, TV, Wi-Fi and its own full private bathroom. Each bathroom is equipped with a shower, Towels and hair dryer, and bath accessories where guests can refresh comfortably. There is a shared hallway with a bar, equipped with an Ice maker, small refrigerator and Microwave. There is another bar refrigerator and sink located on the large deck. The house offers heating and AC to keep the temperature just right. This retreat is located 14 miles from San Marcos Premium outlet mall, 6 miles from Texas State University, 11 miles from Wimberley Texas, 13 miles from the Famous Salt BBQ, 20 miles from New Braunfels and Gruene, 25 Miles from Circuit of the Americas and close to over 32 wedding venues.
