One working shower. We were notified prior to check-in. Host refused to refund our stay so that my family of 8 could make other accommodations. Notified VRBO customer service. Host discounted our stay by 15% (150). Cute house. Property was very clean. In a great location, and host responded promptly through our stay. Despite the challenges, we would stay here again, if both bathrooms are in working order.

Thank you so much for staying with us! We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we completed shower repairs that required careful planning to get everything done correctly. Guest comfort is always our top priority. You and your family were wonderful guests—respectful, considerate, and communicative. The shower is now fully fixed and ready for your next visit!
