We’re delighted to welcome you here, right in the heart of Hoyerswerda’s Old Town.
Our modernly furnished holiday rental measures 62 m², is located on the ground floor, and is ideal for up to 4 people.
The rooms are color-coordinated, giving them a cosy atmosphere and ensuring plenty of relaxation.
Out of consideration for children and teenagers, smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. There is a designated smoking area in the courtyard, which features a table with 4 chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The courtyard is fully fenced and is ideal for children or your dog.
One parking space is available for your stay.

Dogs are warmly welcome at this property. You may bring two to three dogs for a fee, including so-called “listed breeds.” The property is partially fenced. There are also nature trails in the immediate vicinity that are ideal for long walks.



Holiday Apartment:

The cosy living room exudes warmth thanks to a wall painted green; the light-colored furniture complements the overall look and creates a pleasant, spacious atmosphere. The furnishings include a modern wall unit, a three-seater sofa with an armchair, a coffee table, and a fold-out bed. The fold-out bed measures 1.60 m x 2 m and provides sleeping space for two additional guests.



In the bedroom, guests will find a double bed with nightstands, a chest of drawers with a mirror, and a full-length mirror; two light-colored chairs and a green rug complete the room. The wall, covered in shimmering grey wallpaper, also contributes to a cosy atmosphere.



The kitchen-living room is equipped with a full kitchenette. Amenities include a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and an egg cooker. A seating area for 4 people, coordinated in a light pink shade with a glitter effect, is part of the furnishings.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower, and a toilet. Guests will find cleaning supplies in the vanity cabinet. A mirrored cabinet, bath towels, guest towels, a hair dryer, and a non-slip mat for the shower are provided for guests.

The entryway is very bright; here, guests will find a chest of drawers and a small wardrobe. The entryway leads directly to the aforementioned courtyard




Check-in is available from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
