The homeowner’s private bedroom and office areas are off-limits to guests. To help keep the home clean and comfortable, please remove shoes upon entry. Indoor-only footwear or slippers are welcome. Please be mindful of strong odours in shared spaces out of consideration for other occupants. 2. GUEST SUITE & WORKSPACE: The desk in your room is dedicated for your use. Please ensure any food or drinks consumed at the desk are handled with care to protect the equipment and surfaces. Your walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom are private. Please use the bathroom exhaust fan during and after showers to help prevent excess moisture buildup. 3. KITCHEN & DINING: Please wash your dishes and wipe down counters immediately after use. A designated shelf in the refrigerator is available for your groceries. Please use only designated guest kitchen items unless otherwise offered. There is also a mini fridge for your exclusive use within your bedroom. 4. SPA & WELLNESS (SAUNA & HOT TUB): The dry sauna and hot tub are available for your enjoyment. Use of sauna and hot tub is at the guest’s own risk. Please shower before entering the hot tub and refrain from using glass containers in the spa area. Security cameras are present in the backyard overlooking the hot tub for liability and insurance purposes. While we make every effort to maintain these amenities, availability cannot be guaranteed due to occasional maintenance and servicing requirements. 5. VISITORS & ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval is granted by the host. Parties, gatherings, and unapproved overnight visitors are prohibited. 6. SMOKING & SECURITY: For everyone’s safety, please ensure the front door is locked whenever you enter or exit the apartment. This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free home. 7. PARKING: Free street parking is available. A physical parking permit will be provided to you upon arrival. This must be displayed on your dashboard at all times and returned to homeowner upon check-out. A $100 replacement fee will be charged if the permit is lost or not returned. 8. LAUNDRY FACILITIES: While there is no laundry inside the apartment, coin-operated machines are located within the building for your convenience. Please provide your own detergent. 9. PET POLICY: One small pet may be permitted; however, this must be vetted and approved by the homeowner prior to booking. Approved pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and are not to be left unattended in the guest suite or shared areas. Pets must remain under the guest’s control in shared spaces. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet immediately. Any damages or additional deep-cleaning required due to a pet will be the responsibility of the guest.
