About this property

Ferienwohnung Jonte, Deutschland

We warmly welcome you to our newly built holiday rental (completed in 2020) in Sassnitz on Germany’s most beautiful and largest island, Rügen.
Our traditional clinker-brick house consists of a total of three residential units. The two holiday rentals are located in the left side of the building. The right side is occupied by us, the host family.
Free parking spaces and a bike garage for the secure storage of your bicycles are available on the property. As a holiday guest, you have your own designated area on the property, which you are free to use.



Jonte Holiday Rental:

The apartment is located on the upper floor of the house and is accessible via an outdoor staircase.



Our approximately 55 m² apartment offers plenty of space for four people. With two bedrooms and a large living-dining area featuring a fully equipped kitchen, we hope to offer you a place to relax and unwind.
The open-concept living and kitchen area is perfect for cosy get-togethers and game nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a stove and oven, a sink, a kettle, and a toaster.
The bathroom, which gets plenty of natural light, features a walk-in shower.


One of the two bedrooms features a 1.60 m wide box-spring bed. The second bedroom has two single beds, which can also be pushed together to form a double bed upon request.
If you’d prefer to enjoy the beautiful weather and balmy summer evenings outdoors, you can do so on the spacious
balcony.
The apartment features free Wi-Fi and is equipped with a flat-screen TV. If you have a dog with a shoulder height of up to 50 cm,
it is also welcome. The additional fee for the dog is
10.00 per day. We can accommodate a maximum of two dogs in the apartment
and ask that you bring the necessary supplies (dog bed, food bowl
, etc.) yourself.






The Jonte holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via an outdoor staircase that leads to the apartment’s balcony.




The spacious balcony is furnished with a seating area and a table.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt mit netten Gastgebern und eine sehr gut ausgestattete schöne Unterkunft. Rügen ist auf jeden Fall mit all den Sehenswürdigkeiten eine Reise wert. Wunderschöne Strände, Wälder mit majestätisch großen Bäumen, die Kreidefelsen uvm. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Für einen spontanen Kurzurlaub immer wieder gern

Trotz großer Spontanität erwartete uns eine schöne, helle, saubere und geschmackvolle Wohnung. Die Gastgeber waren sehr sympathisch und an unserem Wohlergehen interessiert. Alles hat gepasst und wir kommen gerne wieder bei Gelegenheit :)

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung ist neuwertig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern, die beide in einem Zimmer übernachten, ist es eine sehr schöne Unterkunft.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Ferienwohnung "Jonte". Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht ihren Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.
