Comfortable and spacious with beautiful views of the lake. There is a drop off in the backyard. We had to be careful with our toddlers. Otherwise, our time was comfortable.
The house was on the water and we had a beautiful view. The stairs were super steep to the water however. Our host responded to every inquiry and request in a timely manner however, his house manager didn’t prepare the home for 5 adults imo. There weren’t enough large towels for a two night stay, the kitchen trash bags weren’t the correct size and the fancy 2nd floor shower didn’t have the advertised products (we didn’t bring because of the listed amenities). The bedrooms were a good size but the bunk bed (said could sleep 3 but room for only 2) and it didn’t feel safe for our lightest (140 lbs) adult - so this room only slept one. We made it work! The drive to Ann Arbor was further than expected but not a bad one. Eat before you get there - not many places to eat in this cute, laid back lake community. We had a great time and hope to visit Michigan again. Thanks Arthur!
