An sich eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation war stets super freundlich. Die Lage der Unterkunft war ein Traum, zu Fuß waren Zentrum, Schloss, Park etc. sehr gut zu erreichen. Allerdings wurde uns erst vor Ort davon berichtet, dass auf dem Dach ein Marder lebt. Dieser Umstand ist den Betreibern schon lange bekannt, leider wird es trotzdem nicht transparent im Voraus klar gemacht. Das Kopfteil des Bettes ist halt genau an der Dachschräge, sodass man den Lärm des Marders (Laufen und Schreien) unmittelbar beim Versuch des Schlafens hört. Ich finde es arglistig, erst vor Ort zu kommunizieren. An Ort und Stelle hat man keine wirkliche Alternative mehr, sich eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. Für uns war die Nacht demnach nicht erholsam.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub

Gastgeber unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kleines aber feines Zimmer, was alles Nötige beinhaltete.Lage in ruhiger Gegend aber trotzdem nah des Zentrums.Kommunikation hervorragend.Wir waren mit Hund dort und die Kleine verstand sich prächtig mit dem dort lebenden Hund. Für einen Zweitbesuch von Schwerin ist diese Adresse vorgemerkt!

gute Ferienwohnung/ Unterkunft in Schwerin

Die Ferienwohnung hat mich positiv überrascht. Die Küche enthielt alle Utensilien die man braucht und war sehr gepflegt. Der gesamte Eindruck war sehr gut und die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern hat auch geklappt.
