Quiet hours and occupancy limits are mandated by local ordinance. Noise levels must be kept respectful at all times. Violations or neighbor complaints may result in fines, forfeiture of security deposit, and/or immediate eviction.
Pool & Spa Heating are an additional cost. Cost is calculated by the amount of propane used to heat them. Generally pool heating will run approximately $150/$250 per day, depending on weather and desired temperature.
Pool heating is not available October–March and is not recommended when nighttime temperatures fall below 50°F.
Jacuzzi heating is available year-round for an additional fee: $20 to heat to 102°F, plus $10 per hour to maintain temperature.

La Cresta is a prestigious hidden community located in the hills of Murrieta and only minutes from the 15 freeway.
*Please make sure you do not use home as a venue to party or have gatherings over the occupancy limit and vehicle limit of 6 at all times. Violation will result in forfeiture of your full deposit. * Pool heating not available November-March. Pool water will not heat when outdoor temperature are below 50 degrees. April-October pool heating is available for an additional fee. Will require an additional $500 deposit. Must disclose prior to making reservation. Guest & Occupancy Policy To ensure a comfortable and well-managed stay, only registered guests are permitted on the property. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present valid ID at check-in. Overnight occupancy is limited to 14 guests. The total occupancy of 14 includes (2) optional air mattresses. We’re happy to allow up to 4 daytime visitors between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM with prior notice. This home is designed for relaxed getaways. Loud celebrations, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. These guidelines are enforced in accordance with local regulations (Riverside County Ordinance 927.2). Any violations may result in the termination of your stay, forfeiture of your security deposit, and/or additional fees.
Noise & Quiet Hours We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of our neighbors and adhere to local noise regulations. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with outdoor noise kept to a minimum at all times. For compliance and community respect, the property is equipped with noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only (no audio is recorded). This is in accordance with Riverside County Ordinance No. 847 for all vacation rental properties in the area. Excessive noise or violations of local ordinances may result in a $1,500 fee and possible early termination of your stay.
Pool & Spa Heating Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee and charged based on propane usage. Pool heating requires a deposit to initiate heating. The cost will vary depending on the weather and your desired temperature. Typically guests spend around $250 to get the water to the low-mid 80’s. To maintain that temperature, it usually costs between $125-175 per day. For spa heating, you will have full control, using a remote to turn on & off the spa. It typically costs around $20 to get the water temperature to 100 degrees, and $7-10/HR to maintain that temperature. Deposit is not required.
Pets We welcome small, hypoallergenic pets under 20 lbs. with prior approval. A $75 fee per pet applies. We kindly ask that pets are well cared for during your stay, and any additional cleaning or damages may incur extra charges.
Parking Parking is limited to a maximum of 7 vehicles, all of which must be parked on-site. Street parking and oversized vehicles are not permitted.
No Smoking Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee, along with any additional costs required to restore the property. Smoking outside is permitted in designated areas.
Check-Out List We have a basic Check-Out list that is posted inside the home. Please follow instructions to ensure a smooth check-out. Failure to follow house rules—including unauthorized guests, parties, noise violations, or smoking—may result in fines, loss of deposit, or immediate removal without refund.

My extended and I stayed here for a long weekend and loved the home. Great outdoor and indoor space, kids loved the koi pond, and the beds were very comfortable!
You will never want to leave the back yard. The pool and patios are so relaxing and beautiful. There is a nice little loop on the property to walk! Sweetest Koi pond that welcomes you.Just lovely!

Beautiful Area
The location was great, John was easy to contact. We enjoyed are stay, wish it would of been a little warmer so we could of enjoyed the outside accommodations, which where awesome.
Our whole family stayed at the house for my wife’s and I wedding at forever and always farms. It was a very comfortable, clean and in a perfect location. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.
Beautiful private (huge lot) property with jacuzzi and pool. Even has a koi pond full of fish. Great place to hang out and bond.

Stunning inside and out!
My wife celebrated her birthday here with family and friends . We all had a very good time and recommended this property especially if your wine tasting in Temecula.
The house was perfect for a long weekend away. It is an easy drive from Los Angeles with plenty to do when you get there. It housed 3 families comfortably and the grounds were perfect for traveling with little ones. Lots of fun things for the kids to explore and it was spaced perfectly for both group and alone time. We’ll definitely be back!

Spacious inside & out.
Spacious, uncluttered home was perfect for our family. Children loved the pool, especially the slide, and the large indoor kitchen & outdoor bar area made meal prep a breeze.
The house is well kept and clean. The beds are comfortable. Once you’re there, no need to go anywhere. Enjoyed the stay even the kids.

This house was even better than we hoped for! It was gorgeous, clean, and the pool/backyard area is even better than the photos suggest! We loved how private it was! I could've stayed in that pool all day! The management staff was so friendly and easy to work with! We will definitely be staying here again!

Fantastic House!
This house is amazing! Great for a big family or group. The pool and backyard are the highlight for sure. The hosts are friendly and responsive. We definitely hope to be back if we’re ever in the area again!
