Thank you for your review! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the home and found it to your liking. Feedback like this is always appreciated. We'd love to welcome you back anytime!
The cabin on first look is beautiful and then you start to notice all the little problems and the inaccuracy of the actual listing. The door code did not work, the host took long to respond, floors were dirty, the lights were out in some rooms, the ceiling leaked, our WiFi was out for 3/4 days of our trip, the doors locked on there own, the hot tub(theres only one) and pool did not look like they had been cleaned before our stay, the washer does not work correctly, when we complained of these things the host complained back saying we left things we did not leave and they charged us another 500. We have stayed at cabins before and never had issues like this one for the price we paid I feel we deserved better.

They have the wrong code for door on arrival, called for new code which took about 45 minutes to get it. Paid for pool heat and they emailed and said it would be ready at arrival, but when I got there it was ice cold, I called and they said it needed parts and was broken, they could have told me before I arrived. I rented house especially for the pool. Hot tub outside and we had bears around the yard all week, so couldn't use that. Not worth what I paid for. Small tvs in bedrooms.
