Very quiet location, quiet neighbors, residential area with immediate access to shops and mall (10 min walk). You can park in front of the house, it's a one-way street with very little traffic, the street is lit at night.
We do not have air conditioning, in winter the average internal temperature is 21 degrees.
The main room is 4 X 3 m and includes an extendable sofa and a cooking area.
The bathroom is private.
You have access to direct cable internet connection, TV and Netflix.
Guest access
The access road to the entrance to the studio is common, the entrance to the studio is separate.
At the entrance to the property (in the common space) there is a surveillance camera installed for everyone's safety.
The paved courtyard is visible from the owner's house.
