Particularly convenient is the proximity to the island's best shopping facilities, which you can reach in just a few minutes on foot. The center of Burg with its cozy cafés and restaurants is only 1.2 km away. A short walk takes you directly to the Meereszentrum (230 m), where you can discover the fascinating underwater world of the Baltic Sea.

Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds. One room features a double bed, the other has two single beds. This arrangement allows couples, families, or friends to sleep comfortably. The modern bathroom invites you to relax after a day full of island discoveries.
In the well-equipped kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Particularly practical: A washing machine and dryer are available in the storage room. So you can wash your swimwear after a day at the beach and start fresh the next day.

We have put emphasis on an appealing, modern overall impression when designing the apartment. The equipment is of high quality chosen to make the vacation as relaxing as possible.

Through the living room, you can reach the terrace of about 30 m2 and the adjacent garden, where the lockable garden house is located. The completely fenced garden can also be accessed through a garden gate in the back of the property. In the garden house, there is enough space for sports equipment, playground equipment for children (trampoline, pedalo, etc.) and the barbecue.
On our property, the vehicle can be parked. For loading and unloading, can be driven directly in front of the apartment door.
