The staircase access is clearly stated in our listing prior to booking: 'Private unit on the 3rd floor, up two flights of stairs from the main entrance; access may be limited for some guests'. This is to ensure guests can make a fully informed decision before confirming their reservation. Regarding the plates and cutlery; we document every clean with a detailed video walkthrough and are confident the unit was left in full order prior to your arrival. We wish this had been raised during your stay so we could have investigated and responded in real time. The outdoor deck is a shared space across four units maintained on a regular cleaning schedule; any concerns raised during a stay are always actioned promptly. The air conditioning units are standard window installations functioning as intended. Water pressure can occasionally vary at a building level depending on usage across units. We take every review seriously and hold ourselves to a high standard. We're sorry this stay didn't reflect that, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Uju-Your Cohost
