- Living & Entertaining Areas: The main room boasts a gorgeous stone facade, a large satellite TV, and a sophisticated wet bar perfect for mixing drinks before dinner. Shared meals can be enjoyed at the formal dining table for ten, framed by sweeping ocean views.

- Gourmet Kitchen: The beautiful chef's kitchen features high-end appliances and a breakfast bar for four sitting beneath a splendid vaulted ceiling of exposed red brick.

- The Suites: Six spacious bedrooms and six bathrooms offer peaceful personal retreats for every guest. The bedding layout includes four bedrooms with 1 plush King bed each, one room with 2 comfortable Queen beds, and another bedroom with 2 Twin beds.

- Booking, Policies, & Taxes: To preserve the peaceful environment of the community, all groups must have at least one member who is 30 years of age or older to act as the primary signing renter.

- The maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 12 guests, and parties are not allowed on the premises.

- Casa Piedra enforces a strict no-smoking policy (both indoors and outdoors), and violations are subject to a mandatory $500 USD penalty.

- Pets are not permitted on-site without receiving the owner's express, prior approval.

- Please note that luxury rental rates are subject to an additional 16% VAT and a 4% Lodging Tax.
